RVHS News & Required Public Notices, Meetings, & Information

In accordance with the requirements of subdivision ( d) of Government Code section 3 54 7, the Temecula Valley Unified School District ("District") hereby provides notice of a new subject of meeting and negotiating arising after the District's and California School Employees Association and its Chapter 538's ("CSEA") presentation of initial proposals. Specifically, on April 15, 2025, the District and CSEA publicly presented their initial proposals, and the Board of Education adopted the District's initial proposal. The District and CSEA intend to meet and negotiate regarding integrating Article 19, pertaining to drug and alcohol testing for certain specified employees who serve in safety-sensitive positions, into Article 18, related to Transportation provisions. The parties next meet and negotiate on March 20, 2026, and intend to address this issue at that time. 

Jeffery Hall from the United States Army will present to students on the wide range of
medical career pathways available within the Army, including roles in emergency medicine, nursing, medical technology, public health, and healthcare administration. His presentation will highlight how Army medical professionals support the health and readiness of service members while working in diverse clinical and field environments. Mr. Hall will emphasize the educational preparation required for these careers and connect them to STEM disciplines such as biology, chemistry, and health sciences, as well as the application of quantitative reasoning and business mathematics in areas like medical logistics, resource management, and data-driven decision-making. The session aims to expand students’ understanding of healthcare career opportunities while reinforcing the importance of academic skills in pursuing meaningful, service-oriented professions. Jeffery Hall from the United States Army will present to students on the critical role of
logistics within military operations, highlighting how planning, supply chain management, transportation coordination, and resource allocation ensure mission readiness and efficiency. His presentation will introduce students to a range of career pathways in Army logistics, including operations planning, inventory management, engineering support, and data analysis, while emphasizing the importance of problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork.
Mr. Hall will also connect these roles to real-world applications of STEM concepts and
business mathematics, demonstrating how skills such as statistical analysis, systems
thinking, budgeting, and process optimization are used to make informed decisions in
complex environments. The session is intended to broaden students’ awareness of career opportunities while reinforcing the relevance of their academic learning to practical, high-impact fields. If you would not like your student to participate please fill out the OPT-OUT form.
