RVHS News & Required Public Notices, Meetings, & Information

PRESENTATION TOPIC: To have our students hear from you about nutrition, healthy habits, and
what it really looks like to take care of yourself outside of the classroom and the gym. We talk a lot
about physical activity in PE, but I also want to make sure our students understand that nutrition,
sleep, hydration, food choices, and other daily habits are a big part of living a healthy lifestyle.

DESCRIPTION OF TOPIC: I think having someone with your knowledge and experience speak with
the students would be a great way to make that part of our curriculum more real and relevant. Our
students are at an age where they are starting to make more of these decisions on their own, so I
think your perspective would be really valuable.
